The soft light that shines into Paris, where the artist once lived and where the sky was often cloudy, was replaced by the wall surface and expressed in an abstract manner.
The number of cotton sheets and quilting stitches were changed in different places to create a three-dimensional effect.

Hand dyed with madder, chinese sumac,  enjyu flower buds, and Indian akane.

作家が住んでいたことがある曇り空が多いパリに差し込む柔らかい光を壁面に置き換え抽象的に表現。

綿の枚数やキルティングステッチを場所によって変化させ立体的に作り上げた。

天然染料は五倍子、えんじゅの花蕾とインド茜を使用。
